How to Shop

3. Checkout
Enter your information and shipping address, and select a payment option following the instructions.
4. Receive an order receipt email.
You will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check the details of your order.
5. Receive the items you ordered.
After you check out, we send you a confirmation e-mail in 24 hours.
If you don't receive confirmation e-mail in 24 hours, Ask us to our customer center.
If you receive a confirmation e-mail, check again your order and the shipping address. then send us reply and meke a payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
If you make a payment till 14.00 in spanish time, We can ship the item in the same day of payment day.
If you make a payment after 14.00 in spanish time, we are ship the items next day of payment day.

If you make a purchase more than 2 items and more than 2kg,We recommend to send items by separate mail less than 2kg.
